  • phone + SMS communication with consumers in transit

  • delivery updates and proof-of-delivery snapshots

  • hands-free interaction features to improve safety and efficiency

• Delivered an end-to-end GUI for both admin operations and customer-facing workflows

• Automated syncing with existing accounting software to ensure financial accuracy and reduce manual reconciliation
